Mariah Yeater, 20, accused her ex-boyfriend John Terranova of being the daddy during a violent altercation that led to her arrest, TMZ reported Friday.
Yeater dated Terranova toward the end of high school and dropped the baby bombshell during a visit to his Las Vegas home last December, his grandmother Frances Lippe told TMZ.
Terranova insisted he wasn’ t the father, Lippe said, and Yeater allegedly shattered a car window in a fit of rage.
The blond, blue-eyed future babymama originally split the scene but later reignited the fight when she returned to work out a payment plan for the busted window, according to a police report obtained by TMZ.
“ Mariah slapped [ Terranova\] 3 separate times with her open right hand,” wrote an officer with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.
Yeater was booked for battery and claimed she was choked during the fight.
Lippe said they never heard from her again after the arrest.
On July 6, Yeater gave birth to a son in San Diego.
She filed a paternity suit Monday claiming Bieber is her son’ s father because “ there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of my baby.”
Bieber, 17, quickly denied the claim.
“ I never met the woman,” the Canadian crooner said during a Friday appearance on NBC’ s “ Today” show.
“ I’ d just like to say, basically, that none of those allegations are true,” he said before performing live in Manhattan. “ I know I’ m going to be a target, but I’ m never going to be a victim.”
Yeater claims she had unprotected sex with the pint-sized pop icon while perched on a bathroom shelf backstage at an October 2010 concert in Los Angeles.
Bieber, who was 16 at the time, allegedly told her he was a virgin, Yeater said in a sworn statement obtained by Star magazine.
“ The sexual intercourse itself was brief, lasting only approximately 30 seconds,” she said in the statement.
Afterward, Bieber was “ clearly embarrassed” about his performance and “ blew me off,” she said.
Yeater is asking a judge for a paternity test and child support.
A hearing is scheduled for Dec. 15.
